Mail Order Service

Mailing your work to us

We realise specialised photo lab services, or even just plain old film developing is not available in many areas these days, so we welcome mail order work. We supply many people all over the UK and Europe with mail order developing and printing.

You can also send us older negatives, slides or photo prints for reproduction. We are also happy to accept mailed CDs or DVDs for digital printing if you prefer not to use our upload facility, or your order is very large.

Standard turn around for film developing and print or scan work is 48 hours in lab, but we always strive to improve this, and many jobs are completed on a next day basis.

Please ensure all items (especially film!) is securely packaged, and if they have any value to you, we recommend Special Delivery rather than standard first class or Recorded mail.

Please include a note with instructions of your order requirements. Variables include : Gloss or matt finish, white borders, extra sets, standard or high res CD required. If you require Special Delivery for the return of your film and prints, please mention this.

A phone number (and email address if possible) must be included in all mail order jobs so we may contact for order queries and payment.

Payment

Payment is made by credit and debit card when the order is completed and ready to send back. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Switch or Solo. All prices shown on this web site are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.

Cropping, Print Finishing and Colour Matching

If there are queries regarding cropping, colour matching, finish or turn around times, please contact us before sending originals to us, so we can properly discuss any variables that may be present in the standard photographic process.

Copyright

Orders for reproduction of photographs etc. are accepted on the strict understanding that the customer holds the copyright. The customer must assume liability for any resulting action brought about by a third party.
